This page helps you pick the right VerityLaw manual quickly so you do not waste time reading the wrong guidance.

Product: VerityLaw

Before You Start

  • Know whether you are working as staff or as a client.
  • Know whether your task belongs in /dashboard or /portal.
  • Have the task in mind before you start clicking around.

What is this page?

This is the front door to the VerityLaw manual set. Use it when you need to find the right page fast instead of guessing.

When do you use this?

Use this page on your first day, when onboarding someone else, or when you are not sure which manual matches the job in front of you. If you skip this step, you will probably end up in the wrong workspace or reading a page meant for a different user.

Where do you find it?

Primary path: VerityLaw Help Centre -> 00-index

How to use this help set

  1. Start with Overview if you need the big-picture explanation.
  2. Read Roles and Workspaces if you are not sure whether you belong in /dashboard or /portal.
  3. Read Navigation and Layout if you can log in but cannot find anything.
  4. Read Getting Started and First Login if you are new and need a literal first-day checklist.
  5. Read Admin and Governance Operations if you run internal governance or privacy work.
  6. Read Cases and Clients if your job is client and matter handling.
  7. Read Compliance Operations if your work sits inside the compliance workspace.
  8. Read Documents, Billing, and Trust if you work with generated documents, legal billing, or trust activity.
  9. Read Portal Experience before onboarding a client or external stakeholder.
  10. Use Module Manual Index when you want one manual per dashboard module family.
  11. Use Task Manual Index when you want one SOP per concrete task.
  12. Use Screen Map when you need the route list, not a long explanation.
  13. Use Functionality Gap Map when you need to know what is live, partial, or still missing.
  14. Use Source Intake Crosswalk when you need to trace an intake document into the current help set.

What if you still do not know where to go?

"I know the task, but I do not know the workspace"

Why this happens: VerityLaw has a staff dashboard, a client portal, and some legacy repo surfaces that do not do the same job.

Fix: Read Choosing the Right VerityLaw Workspace next.

"I can see a menu label, but I do not know if the page is real"

Why this happens: Some labels and requirement expectations are broader than the currently confirmed route set.

Fix: Check Finding the Right VerityLaw Screen and then Checking What Is Live, Partial, or Still Missing.
